Candidate care and communication
Throughout any recruitment campaign, we’ll manage all candidate calls and enquiries and discuss the vacancy with each potential candidate.

We’ll also take care of the initial communication around rejecting or progressing applicants through screening criteria and checks to validate their work history, experience and key attributes providing you with a shortlist of the very best matching candidates against your requirements.
Facilitating the process
We liaise and work closely with our clients concerning interview dates, times and location and make sure that they are comprehensively informed and prepared for the interview process. We any ongoing communication between both parties.
